c h e r r y d e l i g h t 1-1/2 tablespoons gelatin Soften the gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Then dissolve over boiling water. Chill until it begins to thicken. Whip the cream and fold in the sugar, flavoring, cherries and the gelatin. Pour into a star-shaped mold (or other shape). Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours. Dip mold in tepid water for two or three seconds. Unmold. Decorate with fresh cherries and cherry leaves, mint, or watercress.
