juice In a large saucepan, heat the cherry juice and sugar over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves. Let cool. In a blender or food processor, combine the cooled juice mixture, heavy cream, and half and half. Mix well. Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturers instructions. Add the chocolate shavings or chips in final minutes of processing.
