1 egg white
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut
1/8 teaspoon maple extract
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1/2 cup cherries, halved
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat
egg white until foamy, add sugar and beat until stiff - add and mix
together vanilla, salt, chips, cherries,
coconut, maple extract and nuts. Line a large cookie sheet on floor of
oven. Turn heat off immediately. Leave in closed oven overnight or
approximately 9 hours.
